Davrian 55th Anniversary Celebration
(Cotswold Wildlife Park 2022)
On what was thankfully a slightly cooler day than we might have encountered earlier in the week, a total of ten Davrians and a single Darrian attended the event, although had it not been for the excessive temperature, leaking fuel tanks and wedding engagement, a few more had been hoping to join us for the day.
Awards were presented to the following:
Adrian Evans’ Memorial Cup for Best Davrian : Glenn Collier (car 183 above)
Most Interesting Davrian : Myles Castaldini (car 78 above)
Best Darrian : presented to Tim Duffee (on behalf of owner Gareth Edwards)
Many thanks to all of you who helped make this a very enjoyable event and particular thanks for their attendance must go to Vicki Evans, Thammy Evans and Tim and Val Duffee. We must also thank the Fairthorpe Owners’ Club for letting us join in with their annual gathering.
Steve Hole of ‘Total Kit Car’ magazine has promised that he will provide coverage of the event in a forthcoming edition of the magazine, so keep an eye open for that
